Dear All,
This is a call for all members and/or friends of the Group not already involved in the next production to kindly volunteer their services for the Bar Rota. The dates are 30th March to 2nd April and I am looking to man the bar with three people per evening. I will also open up the bar after the Dress Rehearsal for cast and crew on Tuesday, 29th March too and will welcome any help offered then. You can volunteer for more than one evening of course!
If anyone would like me to organise a bit of 'training' in advance, I am happy to provide that at a date to suit all who are interested. It isn't a difficult task, and nobody will be on their own at all on any of the performance evenings.
