Pirton Players AGM Reminder

Hello All,

Just a quick reminder that the deadline for putting your name forward to become a member on either the main or artistic committee is the 14th June.

This year we have the following vacancies -

Chair Person Vice Chair Person

Treasurer

Publicity Officer

Three members of the Artistic Committee have reached the end of their term so will be standing down at this AGM.

If you would like more information about any of the roles on either committee, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Note: This years AGM will be held at the Village Hall on Friday 21st June at 8 pm.

Please will anyone wishing to stand for any office on the Main Committee or those wishing to be on the Artistic Committee submit their names to me by the 14th June at the latest.  An email will be sent to all members on the 15th June advising of those wishing to stand for a committee post.

For those of you who are unable to attend the AGM, you may vote by proxy. Your proxy vote can either be given to me or to someone else of your choice who will be attending the meeting and should specify the persons name and the committee they are standing for.

We hope to see as many of you as possible on the 21st June
