Play Reading on Wednesday

The second of our now regular virtual play readings was exceptionally well attended and a lot of fun. We have realised that it is over ambitious to try to do more than one short play at a time, partly because everyone enjoys the social aspect as well as the reading. So the reading of “A Jolly Sinister Jape” has been postponed to this coming Wednesday 8 April at 8pm.

While I will be leading this one, Anton remains the technical host so please log in using zoom from 7.30pm with the link below which is the same as last week. You may need the password (01462)

Meeting ID: 234 379 844

It helps to know who's joining in and who wants to read ahead of time if possible so just drop me a line on motackley@gmail.com.

The better the quality of connection the more enjoyable the reading. With the experience we now have, Anton and I recommend:

1. You join on the largest screen you have eg a PC or laptop preferably with a wired connection to the internet. Some have managed to use phones but it is harder.

2. If you want to read, print out the play beforehand or have it on a separate screen beside you. The play can be found in the documents section of the website.

These are only suggestions. We will be pleased to have your company whatever equipment you use.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday.

Cheers

Michael
