Singers Required

Dear all

This year the government has moved the May Day bank holiday from the Monday to Friday the 8th of May to celebrate 75 years of VE day. The Pumpkin Club is therefore moving their usual May Day celebration to the Friday and hoping with others help to give it a VE day flavour. They are collaborating with others to involve the village school children, hopefully some of the older village residents with memories of the end of the war, they will have the usual May Pole dancing and Morris dancers.

We have been asked by the Pumpkin Club if we would like to do a set of appropriate songs in 1940’s costume as part of the day?

If you are interested in singing on the day please let me know as soon as possible
