Dear Representatives
The christmas lights at the Fox have had to be replaced this year at a cost of £480. They will be lit this Friday at 6pm.
We are hoping for donations from the village as a whole, to help offset the cost that we have paid. All other monies that we did have in reserve have been spent over over the past four years. We have kept accounts of all expenditure and donations received in the past four years.
We think this is a nice attraction for the village at Christmas time and we would like to carry on but we do need donations to do this.
If you can help us there will be collection buckets at the Fox and being passed round or you could pop it through Michael or my door.
